  1. How are Cottage Wax Candles made?
    Cottage Wax Candles are made using premium-grade organic soy, hemp, coconut oil with food-grade paraffin.

    Candles are wicked with twisted cotton and recycled paper, colored with non-toxic dye and fragranced with no-paraben no-phthalate scents for distinct Spookywood experiences. 

    9 oz. jars have a smooth burn time of around 50-60 hours.
  2. Are all products non-toxic and vegan?
    Yes! All Spookywood products are vegan and cruelty-free.
  3. Where do you ship to/from?
    Spookywood ships to all 50 United States and Canada.
  4. How long does it take to get my order?
    Orders ship out about 5-7 business days after you place your order. Bhex works full-time outside of creating for Spookywood, so thanks for your patience!
  5. Can I cancel my order?
    Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase. Please email support@spookywood.net in the case of an emergency.
  6. Can I return my order?
    Due to Spookywood being a small business, products cannot be returned or refunded. 

    All items are inspected pre-shipment. If an item arrives to you damaged, please email support@spookywood.net with proof of damage/defect (image, video) for help.
  7. How can I earn Spookywood rewards?
    Thanks for your interest! You can create a free Spookywood account here: https://spookywood.net/account/register. 

    Log-in to the POINTS app hovered on Spookywood's page and use your Spookywood account to login to track your Spooky Stars. You earn points for every dollar you spend.
  8. How do I redeem my Spooky Star points?
    Sign in to the POINTS app using your Spookywood e-Mail and password, then navigate to the rewards tier. You'll see your available rewards there. 

    Limit one offer can be used per purchase.
